Return Policy and Warranty Information

You may return or exchange your NEW and UNUSED item within 15 days of your delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, store credit, or a new item(s). The item(s) must be sent back to Verbero.com at your expense and we do not refund original shipping unless Verbero Inc. has made an error on your order.

We cannot accept returns on the following items:

• – Mouth Guards (Unless Factory Sealed).
• – Custom Apparel / GameWear (jerseys, socks, shells etc.).
• – Jock/Jill Shorts and Pants (Due to health regulations).
• – Any customized jersey/apparel (Heat Pressed, logo'd, etc.).

Please email orders@verbero.com and indicate the order number if you have it. If you do not have your order number, please include your name and phone number so we can recover your order details. Verbero will generate a RMA for you to initiate your return.

In the case of exchanges, you must pay $19.00 for any reshipment of items. This applies to any order which Verbero.com has fulfilled correctly. If you received an item which you did not order/we shipped incorrectly, please email orders@verbero.com. In cases where we made an error, we can send you a prepaid label via e-mail for you to return the product to us. Again, Verbero Inc. only pays for the shipping if we are incorrect in the items you receive. If the issue with your product is incorrect sizing, but we shipped the correct product you ordered, you must return them at your expense.

Stick And Shaft Policy

Our sticks are time tested and we stand by their performance and durability while acknowledging that the game of hockey inherently exposes the hockey stick to damage by way of slashing, cross checking, incidental contact and Verbero is not responsible for damage to our sticks as we cannot assess the actual causes of potential damage.

Warranty of Verbero products (excluding sticks + Custom items - see above)

All products manufactured for Verbero have a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This applies to all protective equipment (such as gloves, helmets, shin guards, etc.) and accessories.

If you feel that your product is defective or doesn't perform as well as you felt it should, you can email orders@verbero.com to initiate the process. Upon return, Verbero will visually inspect the product to determine whether or not the product is deemed replaceable under the warranty and reserves the right to make such determinations. If we deem a replacement necessary, Verbero will cover the shipping of the item to you. You must return the product at your own expense.
